Meet Anthony

Anthony DeVincenzo is the founder of ADV Success Strategies, where he provides training,  facilitation, and coaching for individuals and teams. He also serves as a Training Specialist with the Northeast Regional Children’s Advocacy Center, providing training and technical assistance to Child Advocacy Centers and Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Teams across the Northeast region. Anthony has presented at regional and national conferences on topics related to child advocacy. 

Prior to his current role, Anthony was the Director of Programs and MDT Coordinator at Deirdre’s House, the Child Advocacy Center of Morris County, NJ, overseeing programs and coordinating the multidisciplinary response to child abuse. Before entering the child advocacy field, he completed a 25-year law enforcement career in New Jersey, including service with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office investigating crimes against children; he retired as a Lieutenant supervising units focused on sex crimes/child endangerment, Internet Crimes Against Children, and Megan’s Law. He is also an adjunct faculty member teaching courses related to criminal justice and child advocacy.
